Sean Feeney is Vice President and Head of US Options at Nasdaq. In this role, he leads the business management of Nasdaq’s US Options Exchanges. Prior to this role, Sean served in roles leading US Options Product Strategy as well as US Options Sales at Nasdaq, responsible for the business development of Nasdaq’s options markets.
Sean also serves as a member of the Security Traders Association’s Listed Options Committee and the Options Price Reporting Authority Management Committee, representing Nasdaq’s interests while driving innovation and thought leadership across the industry.
Sean began his career as a market maker and options specialist on the American Stock Exchange in April 1999. Since then, he has served as managing partner of his own trading firm, Vice President at Knight Capital Group, and led portfolio management and trading at Forty Four Asset Management. Sean studied Applied Math and Statistics at Stony Brook University.
