“Doing the inner work” gets said a lot — but what does it actually mean?
In this episode of Spirit Sidekick, we’re talking about the real-life work of becoming more self-aware, noticing your patterns, working through triggers, questioning old beliefs, taking accountability, and learning to move through difficult emotions instead of avoiding them.
We’ll also talk about why inner work can be uncomfortable, why that discomfort is often part of growth, and why doing this work doesn’t mean something is wrong with you — it means you’re willing to evolve.
Because growth isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming more conscious, more honest with yourself, and more aligned with who you’re becoming.
