    To make the Tripod Attack:

    Ingredients
    • 1.5 oz black vodka (or regular vodka + drop of black food coloring)
    • 1 oz pomegranate juice (
    • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
    • 0.5 oz simple syrup
    • Splash of ginger beer
    Instructions
    1. Fill a shaker with ice.
    2. Add vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
    3. Shake well until chilled.
    4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
    5. Top with a splash of ginger beer for a fizzy effect.

    To make the Motor Boating Cocktail:

    Ingredients
    • 2 oz bourbon
    • 1 oz peach schnapps
    • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
    • ½ oz honey syrup
    • 2 oz chilled Prosecco or Champagne
    • Dash of orange bitters
    • Garnish: Orange twist

    Instructions
    1. In a shaker with ice, combine bourbon, peach schnapps, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters.
    2. Shake well
    3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
    4. Top with Prosecco.
    5. Garnish with an orange twist
