    • Dream Tracking and Following the Clues with Bambi Corso-Steinmeyer
      Jan 26 2026

What happens when you start paying attention to your dreams instead of brushing them aside?

In this episode, I’m speaking with Bambi Corso-Steinmeyer, dream author, dream tracker, and life coach, about the practice of dream tracking and how working with recurring images, emotions, and patterns can support real change in waking life. We talk about why dreams are rarely literal, how symbols are deeply personal, and how meaning often reveals itself over time rather than in a single night.

Bambi shares examples from her work where repeating dream images pointed to neglected parts of life, and the simple principles behind her Dream Tracking method: staying curious, following emotional threads, noticing patterns, and taking small but meaningful action. We also speak about nightmares, dream incubation, and why remembering dreams often begins simply by giving them attention.

This conversation is for anyone who feels their dreams are trying to say something, even if they only remember fragments, feelings, or recurring themes.

You can find Bambi at bambicorso.com, and her book Dream Tracking: Track Your Dreams and Transform Your Life is available on Amazon.

I’m Joanna, the creator of Blue Lotus Queendom and co-author of Divine Dreamers. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by dreams and the hidden landscapes of the subconscious. That passion led me to study and practice dreamwork, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and other rest-based modalities — all ways of accessing the liminal spaces where insight and healing emerge. Through my work, I help others find clarity, release exhaustion, and build trust in their own inner guidance so they can walk through life more aligned and whole.

    • Dreams as a Living Relationship with Toko-pa Turner
      Dec 28 2025

What if your dreams were not something to decode, but something to be in relationship with?

In this episode, I’m joined by Toko-pa Turner, an award winning author, teacher, and long time dream practitioner whose work weaves dreamwork, depth psychology, and lived spiritual practice into a grounded and deeply human approach. Her book Belonging has been translated into many languages and has touched readers around the world who carry that quiet ache of not quite fitting, and the deeper longing to come home to themselves.

Toko-pa shares her personal story, from growing up between mystical traditions to discovering Jung in her late teens, and how dreams became both refuge and guide during periods of violence, instability, and independence at a young age. We speak about why she moved away from interpretation and analysis, and toward what she calls a courtship with dreams, a way of listening that centers curiosity, presence, and respect for the dream’s own intelligence.

We explore how dreamwork builds real intimacy and belonging, not only with ourselves but within communities, and why sharing dreams together can soften loneliness and create lifelong bonds. Toko-pa speaks about technology, attention, and imagination, and how reclaiming space around sleep, mornings, and beauty can restore our capacity to dream, remember, and listen.

This conversation also touches on patience, slow growth, and the unseen processes that unfold behind closed doors, especially during times of crisis, grief, illness, and collective uncertainty.

If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly longing for guidance that does not come from outside authority, this episode offers a reminder of the wisdom already living within you, and simple ways to begin listening again.

You can find Toko-pa’s books, including The Dreaming Way and Belonging, and subscribe to her writing at toko-pa.com.

    • Dreams, Ancestry, and the Oracle Within with Natasha Bolvin
      Nov 21 2025

What if your dreams were already pointing you toward your life purpose, and you just needed help reading them?

Today I’m speaking with Natasha Bolvin, a certified Dreamwork + Soul Guide from Toronto. She grew up in a house where out of body experiences and dream sharing were normal dinner table topics, and now she helps people work with dreams, ancestry, and intuition as one living story.

We talk about how dreams can guide big life decisions, reflect your sense of identity, and support you in times of crisis. Natasha shares how a series of powerful dreams led her to leave her full time job, and why she sees everyone as a “walking oracle” with built in guidance.

We also explore ancestral and root work, the way family history, migration, and collective trauma can show up in dream symbols, and how Natasha uses astrology and natal charts to map someone’s intuitive style, empathy, and dreaming gifts. You will hear concrete examples of so called “bad dreams” that turned out to hold confidence, boundaries, and self worth, including counterfeit money, crashing planes, and even a cooked bear cub.

If you have vivid dreams, feel overwhelmed by them, or keep wondering what your dreams are trying to tell you about who you are and where you are going, this episode will give you language, stories, and simple steps to start working with them.

You can find Natasha’s work, sessions, and Dream Seer AI at natashadreamsseer.com, and connect with her on Instagram at @natashadreamsseer.
