Later, we join up with the delegation in the Emperor's chambers, where a tense discussion plays out about the illegal seal harvest. The delegation is left completely speechless; as for the Emperor and the Edur, they are officially done defining actions with words. After everything we've seen, alignment seems obvious—but for one, and for ourselves, we find that we are indeed outliers. What will that cost us?
