    Are we ever truly ourselves, or are we constantly changing who we are depending on who’s watching?

    In the first episode of the DAIS Psych Podcast, students take a closer look at the masks we wear every day. Through personal stories, creative mask designs, and an open conversation, we explore how social expectations, cultural differences, friendships, and even social media shape the way we present ourselves to the world.

    But are these masks always a bad thing? Do they protect us, help us belong, or slowly change who we really are?

    From the pressure to fit in to the struggle between authenticity and acceptance, our conversation takes some unexpected turns as we challenge each other’s perspectives and question what it really means to be ourselves.
