Through our discussions, we hope to destigmatize therapy and provide listeners with a greater understanding of its potential benefits and applications in their own lives. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where listeners can learn and grow alongside us, and where we can all work towards greater mental and emotional well-being.
