When should you really start preparing for your pageant?

I believe the ideal runway is 9–12 months—not because you need to diet or obsess over your pageant for a year, but because starting early gives you the time to prepare well without resorting to extremes.

In this episode, I’m sharing why I take a long-term approach to pageant preparation and what that extra time allows us to build physically, mentally and spiritually.
