This is my raw, honest audio diary… not a perfect and professionally polished podcast.
I’ve been wanting to start this for years, but I kept waiting until I felt “ready”… until I felt like I had it all figured out. And the truth is, I realized I might never feel perfect or ready enough… so I decided to start as I am.
In this first episode, I’m sharing my story.
I’m a health coach with a background in psychology. I understand emotional eating deeply… and yet, I still struggle with it. Because the truth is, you can have all the knowledge in the world and still find yourself stuck in the same patterns.
I’ve lost weight, gained it back, tried different programs, diets, and approaches… always searching for the answer. But what I’m learning is this:
It’s not just about the food.
Coming home to ourselves again and again is what allows us to stop using food to cope.
This podcast isn’t just about emotional eating. It’s about what we’re really craving. Connection. Peace. Purpose. A life that actually feels good.
Because we’re not just craving food… we’re craving more from our lives.
In a world that constantly pulls us in every direction, it’s easy to lose that connection to ourselves. And when that happens, food becomes the easiest place to turn. This isn’t a willpower problem. It’s something deeper.
I’ll also share some of the things that have helped me along the way, like slowing down, yoga, meditation, and learning to reconnect with myself. Not as a fix, but as part of the process.
I do eat mostly plant-based to support my own health, but this podcast is not about telling you how to eat. I believe we’re all different, and all women are welcome here.
This space is going to be real, unfiltered, and not perfectly polished. I’m not waiting until I have everything figured out. I’m sharing as I go.
If you’ve ever struggled with food, emotions, or feeling disconnected from yourself… you’re not alone.
And maybe we can figure this out together.
And just a quick note… this podcast is based on my personal experience and is meant to support and inspire you - not diagnose or treat anything. If you’re struggling with your mental or physical health, please reach out to a qualified professional.
