Common sense is not common practice. Action is king.
Transcript: hey guys, have you ever heard that exercising is good for you? Have you ever heard that you need a good diet? Have you ever heard that time is your most valuable asset? and I'm asking these questions because I know that you're going to tell me that you have, and maybe you're going to tell me that it is common sense. all right, and I love this quote: it says "common sense it's not common practice" and I love it so much because there are so many things that we would say that they are common sense but we are not doing them and I'm gonna tell you something: action is king, alright, nothing is going to happen if you don't start acting, if you don't start actually going to the gym if you don't start actually eating good, if you don't start prioritizing things that should be prioritized, and that's also why on every episode I will give you an action to implement based on the information that I gave you, alright, today's action, I want you to improve your diet, and I want you to write your shopping list and start removing bad things maybe this month maybe you just remove two things but that's what Kaizen is about, about small changes that over time become great; and start doing that write that shopping list, start removing bad things and when you actually go to the supermarket. Do what I say because when you don't have those bad things around you, it's less probable that you're going to eat them because you're not gonna get up and go to the store to buy them I mean that's so much work, alright?
