  • Leaning Into Discomfort Leads to Personal Progress
    May 8 2026

I've been thinking about conflict this week—and not just the kind that involves a heated argument or a workplace showdown. This episode, I get personal about how I've often dodged difficult conversations, both in my career at FedEx and in my everyday relationships. What does it really mean to avoid discomfort, and how might that be holding us back? If you've ever found yourself sidestepping those cringe-worthy moments, this one’s for you.

But here's the twist that hit me today: what if we saw conflict—especially internal conflict—as our greatest opportunity for growth? Whether it's wrestling with our own identity, tackling new challenges in business (like getting comfortable on video!), or facing tough gospel questions, I dive into why our sticking points might actually be our launching pads. Maybe it’s time to stop equating conflict with contention, and start seeing those uncomfortable moments as the very places where transformation happens. Think about it: Are you leaning away from conflict, or leaning into growth?

  • Letting Go of What You Can’t Control and Embracing What You Can

    The Hymn of the Pearl

This week, we dive into a story that’s stuck with me ever since I heard it in sacrament meeting: the Hymn of the Pearl. Have you ever felt like you were just going through the motions, forgetting who you really are? Join us as we unpack this ancient Christian allegory about a prince on a mission—sent far from his home, caught in the distractions of Egypt, and needing a powerful reminder of his true purpose. What does “Egypt” look like in your life? And who or what helps you remember your identity and mission?

We get real about how easy it is to lose focus and get tangled in the problems of the world—whether it’s politics, social media, or local drama (like a new housing development going up across the street). I share some honest struggles about wanting to fix everything, and together we ask: where should we actually spend our energy, and what’s okay to just let go? Plus, a powerful reminder from the Serenity Prayer helps guide us through the wisdom of knowing what we can—and can’t—change.

If you’ve ever wondered how to stay grounded when life gets overwhelming, or how to reconnect with your divine identity, you won’t want to miss this one. I’d love to hear—what are the “letters” in your life that help you wake up and remember who you really are?

  • Discovering the Grand Possibilities Within Ourselves
    Apr 24 2026

This week, I’m reflecting on something that hits close to home for so many of us—the struggle to remember our true worth and divine nature. After a few personal conversations and seeing an inspiring video, I found myself asking: Do we really understand who we are as children of God? And if we did, would we ever doubt our value or potential?

I dive into honest questions about confidence, self-esteem, and the ways we sometimes hold ourselves back out of fear or misunderstanding. What would change if we saw ourselves—not through our own flawed perspective, but more like God sees us? Have you ever thought to simply ask Him for a glimpse of your worth? I invite you to join me in that challenge and see what possibilities could open up.

As we round out another month, let’s remind ourselves: you are deeply loved, intrinsically divine, and more magnificent than you might believe. Pause, reflect, and maybe ask for that heavenly perspective this week. I’d love to hear how it goes and what you’re discovering about your own divine DNA.
