Call Me Limbo is your weekly dose of comedic therapy where pop culture and politics get tossed in a blender with personal stories, improv games, and zero chill. Hosted by Dai and David—two queer best friends with more opinions than filter—the show tackles everything from reality TV and music videos to capitalist hellscapes and Bad Bunny’s underwear.

It’s entertainment with a little revolution on the side.

Sometimes you’ll laugh until you cry. Sometimes you’ll cry until you’re organizing a union. Either way, we’re here for the drama, the joy, and the work of building a better world—with jokes. Always with jokes.

We believe the personal is political, but also… pop culture is too damn fun to ignore. So whether you’re here for the Disney Channel wand impressions or a fiery takedown of billionaires—welcome. You’ve found your people because when they go low.....we go lower. So, Call Me Limbo!

  • I don't want to talk to f*ck*ng Claude!!
    Oct 9 2026

This week, Dai and David (two gay icons in their own way) research themselves, share listener/viewer feedback, wonder why they want to be where the people are, sponsor a political smear campaign against themselves, remind people that the serfs got more time off than you do now, navigate children's music choices, avoid autonomous wheelchairs at Chicago's O'Hare Airport, ask ChatGPT how to vote in the midterms, pee in a litter box, practice and preach nonviolence, trust a car to drive itself (or don't), and much much more.

CORRECTION: David said that the US has not been at war for 12 of the years it has existed as a country. The correct number is 17 years.

  • Using Taxes as a Tool for Liberation with Esther Turcios
    Oct 2 2026

"It's intentional that we don't teach people about taxes."

This week, Dai and David are joined by Esther Turcios, Deputy Director of the Colorado Fiscal Institute (and one of David's favorite former students). They discuss the importance of taxing the rich through Amendment 87, the differences between a flat tax and a graduated tax, Colorado's racist roots of tax policies, creating a people centered economy, debunking wealth flight, putting your money where your mouth is, changing the current socioeconomic order, dreaming big, and much much more.

Colorado Voters: This November, please vote yes on Amendment 87 and vote no on Proposition 136!

  • I have a message from the Free World!!
    Sep 25 2026

Do you know what dwerking is?

This week, Dai and David feel like Nicole, gorge themselves at a buffet, issue an apology for the apology, have a Betsy Ross sighting, don't ask questions and just fulfill the mission, launch Fall Fundraiser Season, attend a Republican drag show, and use any excuse to act like an animal. They also discuss power dynamics in the music industry, a first hand report of a Republican fundraising dinner, and much much more.
