Pat walks through what actually moves the needle on each one. The Google My Business profile nobody updates, claiming Bing in fifteen minutes, getting your name said in rooms you're not in, and putting the answer in the first paragraph of a blog post instead of burying it. Then the piece he didn't see coming: describing yourself the exact same way everywhere on the web, because years of old titles and old brands turn you into a jumbled up mess an AI can't trust. And the reality check, Google still sends 89% of the traffic and AI chatbots send about 1%, so you're not behind.
