À propos de ce contenu audio

Hi, we're Karen and Pamela. Two sisters who have been through it all. We've started this podcast to help other's like us who have suffered under the oppressive behaviour of a narcissist. Narcissists know how to get what they want using - manipulation, gaslighting, and control. These behaviors have a massive impact, paving a way for a lifetime of doubt, fear, and low self-esteem. This is a safe place where you as the listener, can feel heard and understood. We’re here to share our stories, the lessons we’ve learned, and the coping mechanisms we’ve found-and to remind you that you're not alone.Pamela and Karen Hygiène et vie saine Psychologie Psychologie et psychiatrie
