This week we're joined by women’s midlife health expert Jennifer Gularson, PA-C, IFMCP to help us decipher, "is it Postpartum or Perimenopause?" She explains the early signs of perimenopause, how it can overlap with postpartum, and what’s actually going on in your body during this phase. Most importantly, we discuss all the things you you can do to start feeling like yourself again, because perimenopause is NOT a death sentence!

The term “sleep training” has gotten a bit of a weird reputation lately - there are so many approaches and opinions. But at the end of the day, building healthy sleep habits matters.
