    • Episode 3- I Got You
      Nov 27 2023

This episode holds a special place in my heart. It was a deeply emotional conversation as I had the privilege of speaking directly with the incredible family behind the “I Got You” foundation, who have experienced the pain of suicide within their own family. Joining me on this episode are Leesa, Taylor, and McKenzie, who bravely share their story of loss and remembrance of their son and brother, Josh. Known for his humor and compassion, Josh's legacy lives on through the I Got You charity organization.

During our conversation, we shed light on the critical importance of recognizing and engaging with individuals who exhibit signs of depression. We delve into the difficult conversations that need to be had, emphasizing the value of open dialogue. But it's not just about the heavy topics; we also touch on various aspects of life.

Hosting this episode was a deeply personal experience, and I am immensely grateful to Leesa, Taylor, and McKenzie for their courage in joining the podcast and sharing their stories in the hope of supporting others on their mental health journeys.
