      You've been a victim of this cycle if you've made huge amounts of progress, lost 4-5, maybe even 8-9 kg in a short space of time

      And then within the next 3-6 months put it all back on and then some


      All or nothing thinking is the bane of long term progress, its a cycle of perfection and exhaustion that sees you going 2 steps forward then 3 steps backwards


      And worse than the lack of progress is the exhaustion!


      We pride ourselves on our results here, but we also pride ourselves on the fact that people KEEP their results
