Kamala Richmond is currently the director of Women's, infants and oncology at a local hospital here in Texas and has been a nurse for almost 20 years! In this episode Kam shares her insight for anyone wanting to explore the nursing arena and gives all the different areas of nursing that some don't even think to explore. She shares her journey of climbing up the corporate ladder as a black woman in leadership while providing some nuggets of support for those in the field or thinking of exploring nursing as a career.
