Growing up, Asha had no idea that her father had received a bipolar disorder diagnosis. Diagnosed in 2017, Asha shares how she was forced to relocate from New Orleans to Houston where she had a strong family support system who, due to her father's bipolar, uniquely understood her needs. And her dog Whiskey helped, too.
