In this week's episode of Bill the Lender Podcast, I had a conversation with my friend Dan Grote, a financial advisor with latitude Financial Group, about the volatility of the market and how to create a balanced portfolio. Why do all types of investors need financial advice and the inflation-busting benefits of holding real estate inside your portfolio?
When talking on the subject of volatility Dan mused, "So I do think trying to keep our feet underneath us and keep our heads about us is important. And that that that does tap into that behavioral side of things, too. So that would be number one...don't panic, don't panic, it's the worst time to get off a roller coaster is in the middle of the ride. Ah, yes so don't don't panic."
