Ever notice how your work always has to make sense?
How it can’t be light.
How you feel the need to contribute something substantial every time you speak?

Sometimes that’s integrity.
And sometimes it’s a systemic shadow.

In many systems, presence wasn’t enough.
You belonged because you were useful, insightful, or made things make sense.

So depth became safety.
Clarity became control.
And explaining became a way to stay.

This episode isn’t about doing less or dumbing down.
It’s about noticing when “depth” becomes a hiding place.

Because when everything is airtight, nothing can really touch you.

What if saying less isn’t a loss of value; but a sign of trust?

Most people aren’t choosing a mentor.

They’re choosing:
• a mother
• a father
• a cheerleader
• a punisher
• or someone to blame

Same family system.
Different payment plan.

If your coach is regulating your nervous system, holding your identity, or carrying your disappointment, that’s relational outsourcing.

I’m currently in the middle of launching a new brand name.

It’s called Wealth Icon.

And the conversations around it have been…
interesting.

Some people immediately lit up.

They felt it in their body before they could explain it with their mind.
They smiled.
They said: “Yes. That makes sense.”

And others hesitated.

They said things like:

“Are you sure you want to flagship that name?”
“Doesn’t that feel a bit… bold?”
“Won’t that trigger people?”
“Shouldn’t wealth be shared?”
“Not everyone believes they deserve wealth.”

And they’re right.

Many people don’t believe they deserve wealth.
