    Welcome to the first episode of Behind the Rink.

    In this episode I introduce the podcast, share a little about myself and explain why I started Behind the Rink.

    Growing up in Canada, hockey has always been a huge part of my life. But this podcast isn't just about the game on the ice, it's about the stories behind it. The pressure, the struggles, the mental health side of the sport, and the people who make the game possible.

    Through interviews and conversations with players, coaches and others involved in hockey, my goal is to bring you behind the scenes and shine a light on the parts of the game that don't always get talked about.
