      This may come as a shock to you but while I’m a self motivated person, I’m also pretty lazy and quit things more easily than I care to admit. That’s how I know relying on saying you don’t have time or that nothing works for you or jumping into challenge after challenge is so much easier than admitting you haven’t stuck with something long enough to see sustainable changes.
