To help coaches and course creators answer this question, Chelsea introduces the concept of four R's - Roles, Responsibilities, Results, and Requirements. Each 'R' needs to be intentionally reflected on to ensure a launch that creates the kind of experience and results that are aligned with the coach’s or course creator’s goals.
She underscores the mutually beneficial relationship that can exist between the launch and the entrepreneur – but the terms of that relationship need to be outlined. And that’s why asking this question is important.
