In this episode, we’re talking about the importance of staying in your lane, recognizing the gifts you’ve been given, understanding the purpose you’ve been called to, and having the wisdom to know what belongs to you and what doesn’t.
It’s so easy to veer into someone else’s lane. We start comparing or feeling guilty. We say yes when we should say no. We take on responsibilities that aren’t ours. We fill our calendars with unnecessary commitments, and before we know it, we’re exhausted, distracted, and stretched too thin.
And the truth is, staying in your lane doesn’t mean you don’t care about other people or things. It means you understand that you cannot be everything to everyone and do it well.
We’re taking this conversation into the areas where it matters most: marriage, friendships, work, motherhood, and personal growth. What does it actually look like to stay in your lane? How do you recognize when you’ve veered out of it? And what happens when you finally give yourself permission to focus on what you need to in the particular season you are in.
The question and challenge is for you: Are you staying in your lane?
