Kevin Bartlett started in a Morris Minor and ended up in open wheelers, touring cars, the Mountain. If you know, you know him as KB.

He's the first bloke to average 100 miles an hour around Bathurst. He won the Great Race in the wet with John Goss in 1974. Ask most people though, and they'll bring up the Channel Nine Camaro on its roof in 1982. That's the clip. This conversation is the rest of it.

A special conversation with an extraordinary individual.

I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did.

Tricia is the President steering the massive ship that is the Historic Leyburn Sprints.

With the event celebrating its 30th anniversary milestone, Tricia takes us behind the curtain of this unique time-trial festival.

Tune in to hear Tricia share stories of growing up trackside, the logistical chaos of putting thousands of campers into a town of 400 people, and why the Leyburn street course is a bucket-list weekend for anyone with even a passing interest in motorsport.

Don't miss out on the action happening 15–16 August 2026.

Head over to the official Historic Leyburn Sprints Website to map out your trip.
