If your mind feels busy, your body feels tense, or you’ve been carrying the weight of the day, this meditation offers a soft “descent” into sleep through calming breath, full-body relaxation, and soothing imagery.

    ✨ You don’t need to follow every word. If you fall asleep during this episode… that’s perfect. In this sleep meditation, you’ll experience:
    • A slow, soothing arrival to help your body feel safe and settled
    • Gentle breath cues to release the day
    • Full-body relaxation (head to toe softening)
    • A peaceful sleep descent visualization to guide you into rest
    • Quiet affirmations to support deep sleep
    Best time to listen:
    • When you’re in bed and ready to sleep
    • During insomnia or racing thoughts
    • After an overstimulating day
    • Anytime you want a calm nighttime routine
