This is the second in a 5-part series of slightly longer meditations created to help you gently unwind, quiet your thoughts, and drift into deep rest. If your mind feels busy, your body feels tense, or you’ve been carrying the weight of the day, this meditation offers a soft “descent” into sleep through calming breath, full-body relaxation, and soothing imagery.

✨ You don’t need to follow every word. If you fall asleep during this episode… that’s perfect. In this sleep meditation, you’ll experience:
  • A slow, soothing arrival to help your body feel safe and settled
  • Gentle breath cues to release the day
  • Full-body relaxation (head to toe softening)
  • A peaceful sleep descent visualization to guide you into rest
  • Quiet affirmations to support deep sleep

  • When you’re in bed and ready to sleep
  • During insomnia or racing thoughts
  • After an overstimulating day
  • Anytime you want a calm nighttime routine
