    I spent a weekend in DC for my friends 30th and it hit me:

    I've been building community on accident my whole life.

    But at some point, that stops working.

    This episode is about learning to choose your circle instead of stumbling into it. Growing up as an immigrant kid forced me to be intentional about where I belonged. My parents taught me that. High school and college taught me that.

    This past weekend reminded me why it matters. The people around you reflect what you've actually built. So what are you building?
