A Civil-War era private military armory where the Grays still roam. Join us on A Toast With Ghosts as we uncover the history of Gray's Armory with the outreach coordinator, Mary Beth Rauzi. Enjoy our themed cocktail this week which is:

Ingredients:
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz Apple Brandy
2 oz Sherry or Catawba Wine
1 teaspoon raspberry demerara syrup
¼ oz Jamaican rum (optional)
Garnish: orange, pineapple, fresh berries

Add shaved ice (preferably) or crushed ice into rocks glass
Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Shake well and pour back into glass.
Top with dark rum and garnish with fruit. Serve with a straw.
