Most Amazon sellers have never tested their main image. Not once. This week I launched a main image split test, kicked field goals with my boys, and let AI fix the stuff that used to eat my whole afternoon.
In this episode, I'm sharing a more behind-the-scenes look at a real week: College GameDay in Provo with my two boys, and what working inside my Weavos operating system actually looks like day to day. I get into why AI isn't a "run my business and walk away" button, how I fix things without knowing how to code, and how I built and launched new main images as an Amazon experiment in about an hour.
In this episode:
- Why this podcast is just as much for me as it is for you
- College GameDay in Provo with my boys, 17 years after my first one
- Going deep on Claude Code, and why I've been posting less on Instagram
- AI is not hands-off: reviewing data, arguing with Claude and making the decisions myself
- One click from decision to execution, with client updates sent to Slack
- Fixing broken things with zero coding knowledge: "Why is this not working?"
- Why we decided our main images could be better, and studying top competitors
- Building new main images in about an hour and launching a split test in Manage Your Experiments
- What used to take a graphic designer and 10 days of back and forth
- Why the people who dive into AI now will have a big advantage over the next 6 to 12 months
