Even in a group of misfits, Umta sticks out. An adult with more history than any of the other ReMades can possibly imagine, she knows about survival – and suffering. Despite her knowledge, she is just as vulnerable as all the rest when the Caretakers make their dreaded return.
This is the 5th episode of ReMade, a 15-episode serial from Serial Box. This episode was written by Matthew Cody.
ReMade Season One: Two dozen teenagers across America suddenly die in the same moment, and awake a thousand years in the future, in a world of new possibilities and terrifying dangers. Some get their fondest wishes granted – at the cost of everything else they ever knew and loved. But others find that in a world of artificially intelligent machines and mysterious ruins, nothing from their old life even matters anymore.
Can they work together to find a way back home? Can they make sense of why they’ve been given a second life after death? Can they even survive?
You live. You love. You Die. Now RUN.
Lost meets The Maze Runner in this a thrilling sci-fi adventure that will take readers past the boundaries of time, space, and even death. Head to www.serialbox.com/remadepodcast for a special offer.
