December can feel like a lot - social plans, travel, deadlines, late nights, rich food and very little time for yourself. It’s easy to drift into all-or-nothing mode and wait for January to feel healthy again. But you don’t need a perfect month; you just need enough small things that support your body while you enjoy the season.
In this episode, I’m sharing the same guidance I give my clients at this time of year. These are the simple habits that genuinely help you feel well through December - from steadying your blood sugar and keeping your energy stable, to supporting sleep and managing stress.
If you want more support, you can join The Accountability Club or read my weekly Substack “Living Well”.
