Health, we only really notice it when it's gone, but while we're "okay", do we truly appreciate how valuable our health is?
The health of the body, the mind, the soul... we are whole beings when we consider all these aspects. If we focus solely on physical health, as traditional medicine often does, we're leaving out parts that are so important for complete well-being that we'll continue to fall ill if we don't take them into account.
In this episode, I'm sharing the science, tools, and practices that are a fundamental part of my daily life for my well-being and holistic health.
