Today’s guest is Dave Flynn, one half of The Happy Pear, which he owns with his brother Steve. What started out as a vegetable shop 17 years ago has grown into a Lifestyle brand. The brothers run their shop, cafe, online courses and inspire others to live healthier and ultimately happier lives. From dips in the sea to meditation. Listen to their story as they went from rugby and pints, to vegetables and yoga. I'm very sorry that the audio quality is quite poor but I hope you'll be able to enjoy the content.
