Rhia Gibbs is a teacher and the founder of Black Teachers Connect, a community on a mission to support both the recruitment and retention of Black Teachers in the UK and beyond. by building a safe space to navigate, learn and grow, Black Teachers Connect are ultimately looking to increase the representation of Black educators at all levels of the education.
