With a roar, it leapt from the bridge as the missiles hit. It landed on the riverbank slope beside them in a crouch. A troll. Oh my god. This was a troll. Lacey and Mack shared a horrified look, their fingers twisting together. Fear raced through Mack sharp as pain. Trolls were more rare, much larger than goblins and far more dangerous.
The Horror Wars have begun. Maelstroms fill the sky like storms, their green and purple lightning depositing goblins, trolls, and ogres.
