When Elliot Ward inherits a quiet marina on the shores of Lake Ontario, he expects long days repairing docks and peaceful evenings watching the water settle into the harbor.
Instead he finds something hidden inside the office of the previous owner.
A notebook.
A pattern.
A route moving silently across the lake.
At first the signs are subtle. A boat arriving too late at night. A familiar face watching from the docks. Crates that appear and disappear without explanation.
