Shame
It's so frustrating that this isn't narrated by Pema herself. I've tried but I just can't listen to it, there's nothing wrong with the nice lady who's reading it but her voice just does not suit the text at all.

Horrible narration.
I love Pema’s books. I have read and listened to several. This narration here is so bad, I don’t think I will finish listening. I’ve stopped and returned several times, thinking maybe it’s just me. It’s not.

Needs a different narrator style
I didn’t care for the narration of this book. I had expected the narration to be by Pema. At first it sounded like an AI narration (a bit like SIRI) so I went looking for a way to change the voice. When that didn’t work, I sped it up but then it was too fast to actually enjoy. It would be great if Pema’s version was offered here.

Great book, awful narrator.
Liked the book but the narrator's vocal fry is just awful. I'll just have to buy the book and read it as I couldn't get through this audio book.

Much needed read.
Found this book the day I was broken up with and definitely a good read if you’re going through a hard time. There was a lot useful advice and reassurance. Enjoyed the soft spoken narration, too.
