À propos de ce contenu audio
Lucian Wardy, a solitary writer-philosopher, receives a strange inheritance: an old pocket watch, heavy with tarnish and engraved with fading initials. At first glance it is nothing more than a broken relic, its second hand jerking and stuttering, skipping moments as though it has forgotten how to keep time.
But when Lucian keeps it by his desk, the skips begin to spill into his life. Sentences appear in his notebooks that he does not remember writing. Pages fill and vanish, entire essays erased between ticks. And then come the visions—fragments of other lives he could have lived, glimpses of futures already lost. Each time the watch falters, Lucian feels reality shifting around him, friends gone, manuscripts undone, memories uncertain.
As the skips grow longer, he realises a darker truth: he may not be the true Lucian at all, but only a fragment—a discarded life caught in the silence between moments.
The Clock That Forgot Time is the fourth tale in the Felric Stories, a series of unsettling short fiction where the ordinary bends toward the uncanny, and endings never leave you where you began.
Perfect for those who enjoy psychological horror, philosophical fiction, and strange tales that linger long after the last word.
