The Street Called Straight disrupts the lives of four secret service agents at the beginning of the Iraq war when their helicopter is shot down over Pakistan and they are held captive by Al Qaeda sympathizers. There's Hanna, the former marine, seeking to redeem herself after her reluctance to re-enlist after 9/11; Nick, the man who downplays the hopelessness of their situation, falling for her while helping her through the worst of it all; Bishop, the grieving father whose son has just been killed in the war; and Logan, their haunted team leader in desperate need of his own redemption after allowing the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks to slip through his fingers. Together these four agents reveal secrets of their own as they unexpectedly come to hold the fate of their damaged country within the grasp of their tethered hands.
