Carl Mullins is d-u-m-m, dumb. At least that's what he believes and what he tells everyone. The truth is a little more complicated. Carl has the unique ability to see things before they happen. It is this ability that sends him on a terrifying journey through some of the most blood thirsty organized crime syndicates in the city.
