Hannah More
Welcome to a journey. Parts may seem familiar, but you are simply along as one who joins in the observations of the narrator. Author Hannah More was well known as a poet, playwright, and philanthropist. This writing is a rare allegory that seeks to help the hearer understand the need for priorities. This story may remind those who listen of the work of John Bunyan. Since the work was likely written in the 1700s, Bunyan's work likely was a strong influence in the style of this memorable story.
