Mr. Lauglin is a performance artist who's life's work is revealing the God of the Bible through the words of the Bible. His dramatic solo-scripture performances include 7 different books of the Bible, and have been presented all over the world. Recent works include Mark's Gospel in the Roman Forum of Trajan, in Rome Italy, and John's Gospel at the Hampton Court Mid-Summer Festival in Hereford England.

A Passion for reading! Best reader yet!
Any additional comments?
He reads the bible with a passion. Other audio books of the bible sound like they are reading the bible as fast as they can. This reader puts in the emotion that should be there. Even in the letters!

Excellent Narration!!
Excellent narration!! The narration was right on track, in no way annoying like so many, and not exaggeratedly dramatic, but as dramatic as needed. I want to listen to all of Marquis Laughlin’s narrations!

No Organization
The performance is impeccable and the story - well it IS the Bible :) - This is a very good production. However, there is zero organization in the chapter headings. All it states is Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and so on. If I want to listen to Acts Chapter 3 - there is no way for me to drill TO Acts Chapter 3 without some sort of cheat sheet which I am not able to find at all. I might have to find another production for this purpose of wanting to listen to specific books at certain times.

Great narration.
I really liked the narrator. His voice is perfect for the material. I highly recommend!
