In "The Man Who Loved Too Much," Mike Shapely embarks on a second career in the ministry, driven by the haunting memories of his late wife and her struggle with cancer. But as his popularity rises, so does the simmering jealousy of the senior pastor, a man who masks his insecurities with a facade of warmth and generosity. Tensions escalate as a young pastor is hired to enforce a controversial faith statement that threatens to exclude anyone who does not adhere to a strictly Calvinist doctrine. Mike refuses to sign it and is threatened with dismissal. Will his faith and compassion be enough to save him, or will he lose everything for the sake of love?
