Good Advice for Beginners, Skip the First and Last
This book goes over the fundamentals of being a real estate agent. Anyone who just started as a realtor and feels lost should listen to this book. You'll learn how to find clients, what to look for in a brokerage, and the fundamental of sales. Make sure you skip the first (chapters 1 - 6) and the last (chapters 42 - 43) of the book, as these are nothing but fluff. The first and last are mainly just testimonials about how great this book is (bla, bla, bla).

More promotions than subject matter
If you are listening on Audible the real content doesn't start until chapter 7. Up to that point it is all testimonials.

Sounds good to me
I'm a guy that's just getting started in real estate so I think this guide is a bit helpful. Honestly it didn't get five stars because it didn't get me at how to ensure a paycheck. But the advice was great as to what can be expected and what to do in the profession.

Years in sales, new to Real Estate
First, thank you for being so thorough.
Second, thank you for being transparent.
Life is unpredictable and here I find myself at 58 years old pursuing a new career. I had so many orientation and foundational questions about starting a R.E. career. HONESTLY this is such an incredibly helpful book
As a new real estate agent in Colorado, I have been listening to lots of real estate audiobooks and this one BY FAR surpasses the rest! I really resonate with the message in the book and the narration was a pleasure to listen to. I am definitely going to relisten often! Thanks so much Mario!!!

Great book for new real estate agents!
I am an aspiring real estate agent. I was searching for a book that would boost my confidence and validate my dreams of becoming an agent. This was definitely the best choice I could’ve made!

Very Insightful
I absolutely loved Mario’s insight of the real estate world and tips on how to get started. As somebody who is planning on a transition from a political job to real estate at the end of the year I will come back and revisit this book after I get my license.
I would highly recommend this book to anybody who is considering a career in real estate.
