Do you want to have a better understanding of the Bible? Do you want to grasp the heart of Christian Scripture? The Heart of Scripture highlights a vital biblical theme that is often overlooked. The books of the Bible have a striking consistency in their portrayal of God.
In the beginning, God walks in the garden where he placed the first humans. In the end, God announces his eternal dwelling with people. And in the middle, God lives on earth in a human body. The God of Genesis has the same desire as the God of Revelation - he wants to be with us. He wants to make his home with us.
The Heart of Scripture: God with Us contains five brief reflections on this life-giving and recurring theme in the Bible. This is an excellent listen for new believers or people who have read the Bible for decades.
