big fan of max

im a big fan of max and his work. the book is great but the audio version has glitches, namely around the middle of chapter 2 at the 19 minute part after the discussion on IF. quality control from his publisher and ACX should of caught this.

Great follow-up to Genius Foods!

Loved this book! It’s filled with terrific real world ways to live your best genius life! I don’t agree with everything in the book but I do feel it has been extensively researched and it’s chock full of great advice. You can tell it was a labor of love for him. Def recommend.

Great and easy listen

I loved how easy he makes everything so anyone can understand and you don’t need much existing knowledge on biology or chemistry. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their life in any way!
