    big fan of max

    im a big fan of max and his work. the book is great but the audio version has glitches, namely around the middle of chapter 2 at the 19 minute part after the discussion on IF. quality control from his publisher and ACX should of caught this.

    Great book, not for listening to

    This is a great book full of information. I regret getting it on Audible though. It's a book you'll want to highlight and reference often.

    Great arguments, great book

    This book, as well as Genius Foods is packed with dense, valuable information, which is very adaptable and convincing enough to actually make that lifestyle change. Just loved it!

    Fabulous!!

    From the in-depth information, to the personal stories attached to the reason this book was written gives the content even more value and reality.
    Narrated by the author himself makes a big difference.
    If you are at all interested in living a healthy life, this is a must read or listen to.
