Disappointing !!!
I tried to be patient and focus on the message but this book is annoying. They spend a lot of time advertising their achievements and their center than delivering the message. It almost seemed like they didn't have anything new or valuable to share and thus spent a lot of time building themselves up by mentioning how successful they are. Disappointed !!!

Glad to have listened to the end
Initially, I found the story felt like a marketing ploy for the academy run by the author. As I listened more, I realized that there were nuggets of wisdom and thought provoking points in the stories that captured my attention. The book does promote the academy and the work done to help people face their obstacles in a gentle way. I gained new insight and ideas in developing a better me and deepening relationships.
