The Divided Mind is the crowning achievement of Dr. John E. Sarno's long and successful career as a groundbreaking medical pioneer. Very interesting and useful but …… There are tons of examples in the book in order to make the point. The problem is that these endless examples dilute the message and make the book very long to read. I would have preferred something a little bit more practical and concise but the ideas explained here are clearly very interesting to explore.
